Hotmodo, established in 2008 in Chang'an, Dongguan, is a leading manufacturer of mold heaters and thermocouples in China. Initially adopting Korean craftsmanship and German techniques, we have developed advanced production processes through years of experience. Our main products include thermocouples, hot runner heater rings, and temperature control boxes. High quality Raw Materials

Hotmodo exercise stringent quality control over our raw materials, ensuring that each batch meets our high standards and technical requirements. Precise quality inspection

Hotmodo implement 100% piece-by-piece quality inspection to ensure the highest standards. All incoming materials undergo rigorous testing, including salt spray corrosion tests, elongation tests, humidity and high-temperature tests, wire resistance tests, and MgO powder composition analysis. Finished heaters are subjected to electrical testing, resistance testing, and X-ray inspection.
